Mr. Daum has been responsible for the successful development, leasing, and management of over 2 million square feet of multi-tenant, mid, and high-rise office buildings and major commercial/industrial projects in the Orange County metropolitan region as Vice President & General
Manager for 10 years of Tishman Companies (Balcor Financial) and Sales & Marketing Manager with The Irvine Company (Commercial/Industrial Division); and professional career sales & leasing of over 3 million square feet of multi-product office, retail, apartment, and industrial
properties as a leading broker and consultant for 15 years with Daum Realty Advisors, VOIT Commercial Brokerage, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company.
Mr. Daum received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts Degree’s in Management Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He is a licensed State of California Real Estate Broker and NASD Real Estate Syndication Licensee, and holds the
professional designations RPA, Real Property Administrator, and CREA, Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He also holds a Community College Instructor Credential and is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate in the Coast Community College District and University of California, Irvine Extension.

* As Regional Vice President & General Manager directed the development, leasing, and asset management of a 3.2 million square foot Class A office, retail, and apartment project (The City – Orange County’s largest mixed-use complex) in partnership
with Metropolitan Life.
* Consultant (GS) to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) responsible for the development and implementation of commercial sales and marketing programs for the Southwestern Region.
* Real Estate Consultant to UNOCAL Land & Development Company providing strategic management, development, and marketing services for corporate Commercial/Industrial property portfolios.
